I wish the graffiti in Adelaide was this good. It really goes beyond angry street kids signature scrawls done on the walls of buildings to annoy people. It is a bit like breaking bootles in the street.

You can't help but look at big "pieces" like this, and not be awed sometimes - reminds me of graffiti near my house: http://the-d.blogspot.com/2004/10/welcome-to-my-hood.html
Stuff like this is "people with talent" (some graff artists) as opposed to "people with a big pen scribbling on the wall" (most taggers).
