If there are diverse kinds of knowledge and ways of knowing place, then we need to learn to value the different ways each of us sees a single place that is significant, but differently so, for each perspective.

I could not log onto my Movable Type websites this morning. The building in which the servers were housed have been burnt down. Apparently caused by a fire in the building.

How about that? It's like being back on Blogger. Out of action.

I did contemplate going back to Blogger in the short term but as of late morning things seem to be okay.

Blogger (or at least Blogspot) has been so bad lately that I've almost lost the motivation. 2 weeks of slow decline is just about all it takes to sap confidence and joy! So I'm glad things are all ok here, and once again the world of MT beckons.

Same happened to me.

I notice that Blogger keep saying that they are developing a new dynamic system anyday now. I had a quick look early this morning as I thought that I'd be out for days and weeks.

Then MT came back online.

Trust me, don't go back to Blogger Gary! As Boynton says it's been painful lately.

I WOULD LIKE TO GO BACK TO THE PAST IN 5TH GRADE. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
